Three-Ball Rotation is an effective tennis sport for big teams. It permits gamers to often rotate into the sport, or onto a brand new courtroom, all through your class.

Setup
Place a doubles group on both sides of the courtroom, with additional gamers ready on the sideline. Each participant will get a racquet and three balls. If they cannot maintain three balls, play with two balls per participant.

Methods to Play
The 4 gamers take turns feeding a ball by hitting it underhand over the web. They then play an everyday sport of doubles, but when a group that fed the ball loses the purpose, they lose their ball.

When a gamers lose three balls, that participant rotates out – and a brand new participant is available in. The participant who rotates out can wait in line on the sidelines or can transfer to the subsequent courtroom.
