Another federal election has come and gone and after the mud has settled, Canada could have a minority Liberal authorities. The query is…..how will this influence Canadian immigration legislation, coverage and apply?
On this episode I invited my good good friend and fellow immigration lawyer, Ravi Jain to affix me to weigh in on the place we expect immigration coverage is headed following this fall Federal election. Now that we now we could have a minority Liberal authorities for the following 4 years (or much less), what influence will this actually have on the way forward for Canadian immigration for us immigration legal professionals, consultants and our purchasers?
Though Ravi and I are each serving as desk officers with the Nationwide Immigration Regulation Part of the Canadian Bar Affiliation, all the view expressed on this episode are ours alone and don’t replicate these of the Canadian Bar Affiliation and the Nationwide Immigration legislation part.
