After posting the read-along for Je vous salue, Marie, I’ve been that means to create one for the brand new translation for Notre Père. And so, le voilà! Utilizing Google Slides with animated textual content packing containers that fade in on click on, I additionally recorded myself studying it utilizing the Screencastify Chrome extension after which uploaded a duplicate to my YouTube channel. The rationale I favor this over merely sharing the video file from my Google Drive is that there’s a cap on each day views. Which means that, as soon as it exceeds each day views, college students are unable to look at the video after which I get a tonne of requests to have entry to the file. (This occurs equally with audio information housed in Google Drive, specifically with the audio information from my broadly used listening exercise on prepositions.) Fortuitously, YouTube has no restriction on each day views and, as a result of it’s a Google for Schooling app, they will simply be embedded inside Google Slides.
If you would like a duplicate of the slide deck I created for Notre Père to be able to change the final half from “Tous les saints, priez pour nous” to your faculty’s saint, click on right here.
